Demon with a Glass Hand 03-27-2004 01:45 AM

The death cap would be a good idea, I think.

And I would like the record to state that I didn't 'suicide' Gabriel because I wanted a new character.

I suicided him because a part of me believed he would survive.

I think the death limit should be 2, and only added into if the death was obviously on purpose. Like Demon's thing seemed very "I want him dead" (Though he denies it), so that would add into his death limit (But not this one for him). But if the death was because of a bad roll or just bad luck, then the death isn't counted.

That is alright. I dunno, I'm still thinking about it, but I don't want people going, "Well, I should of put points here instead of here, so if I kill myself, I can make an ultimate character!!11!!1! one!"

EDIT: And garrote is 15%

CelesJessa 03-27-2004 01:58 AM

Craaaaap.... is the "special insanity" the one that makes them go to the beast that is going to eat my heart?

Forever Zero 03-27-2004 02:00 AM

Yes. I will do some more rolls in a sec, and if you fail them, it's Character Over. This is the Lurker's Final Attack.

Name: Sam. Just Sam.
Sex: Male
Age: 25
Occupation:Criminal
College Degrees: None
Birthplace: Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
Background: Sam always had a slight problem with his moral compass. He counted human life as worth far more than your average person. In fact, he was able to equate it directly to a dollar amount, however, this was only for people whom he believed 'deserved' it. Due to this, he was able to fall in quite easily with the various crime families shortly after his elementary education had completed, and he became a cunning and calculating professional assassin. The best part being that he could be certain in nintey-percent of his jobs that the person he was killing deserved it. Heads of opposing mobs, lackeys, murderers guilty of drive bys, etc. Of course, the downside was that he had to work for people who also deserved it... but then, there was no guarantee that someone wouldn't hire him to kill those people either.

There's my meat shield for whenever Frankie manages to fail a luck roll (again) and get eaten by something.

If the Lurker killing some of the Special Insane people freaks out the none Special Insane chanters, making them stumble and so no one is chanting, is it free?

CelesJessa 03-27-2004 02:03 AM

*sniffle* I don't wanna die....... >_<

Oh well... It would have to happen sometime. ^^

Forever Zero 03-27-2004 02:03 AM

Yes. If all the chanters stopped chanting at this point, the ceremony would fail, and they would all be about 1 foot away from the angry Lurker...

The process is you need to pass both a Luck and Know Roll to be able to snap yourself out of it and live.

Krylo 03-27-2004 02:04 AM

If they fuck up, I get the impression Frankie will be the only survivor.
