Theory on how fighter's brain works...

Lets say fighter used to be very smart (yeah right). But then his brain collapsed upon itself, forming a type of mind "black hole".

This means that nearby intelligent life would have their IQ lowered. It would also mean that fighter would absorb some of their thoughts. This might explain how fighter suddenly came up with sword-chucks, and how he sometimes spontaneously becomes smart. It also explains the incident with the dark elf.

So fighter doesn't actually have a real brain, its more of remnants of his brain scattered around, mostly about swords and pie. Although black mage seems to have absorbed the pie part of his brain.

This should be put in 8-Bit Theater, not Discussion Forum. Discussion Forum is about more serious political doohickeys.

Every living thing has a spark of intelegence, everybody knows SOMETHING useful. That comes from living..

Fighter has tiny specks of wisdom, and every now and again they are bound to show up because he's ussually so stupid, it's like a dim light in a pitch black room.

The reason people "get dumber" while around him, is cause like any moron, being around them agitates you excessivly. And when you're agitated you lose focus and concentration, making it more difficult to think.

Fighter is not some intergalactic mind, he's just your typical moron. Pissing off friends, baffeling the geniouses who put too much thought into him..

fighters intelligence consists of one fact:

he knows how to stick the pointy end into the fleshy things that scream and bleed.

and he is the undisputed master of the quiet game.

I'll tell you a little secret about Fighter.

His IQ has actually been estimated at about 189!

Fighter has continually proven himself quite intelligent. Within the first 10 comics, he rambles on about BM's power in a most knowledgeable way, minus of course knowledge of his 1 L9/day limit. However, when it comes to common sense, attention span, and all those other things you expect of adults... Oooh, a GP!

Fighter is actualy smart he just watched too much TV. DUDE CHECK IT HE WATCHES TONS OF TV. and he tends to try and act like some stupid cartoon he watched sll his life but in his mental thinking unit you call a brain he is actually smart - if you've actually noticed when it comes to at least semi-important matters he is on the brainy side.



sword chucks is a good idea you just need to hold the chain/make it longer and wear thick chain mail gloves/armor just in case
