OOC: Actually, if you just slit your wrist that much, you won't bleed to death. All he did was make two small wounds in the wrist, and usually vampire bites don't bleed. Even if they did bleed, they aren't big enough to kill him. If you want to bleed to death, you need to cut the wrist and down the arm, otherwise not enough blood will be lost.

IC:

Derik heard the echoes of shouting behind him, then silently laughed to himself. "Foolish hunters..." He mumbled to himself as he continued forward.

Diaz put his head in his hand and said, "When did you start vampire slaying... After the vampire is done sucking blood, the wound closes again. All that is visable is the bite marks themselves, they don't bleed!"

Shorath shook his head. "We don't know that the vampire didn't put any of his own blood in. Look, I didn't like killing him, but as I see it, we had two choices: Kill him, or leave him there, and run the risk of him becoming a vampire and infecting others. But now I think we should be more worried about chasing after the vampire we came down here for."

Diaz shook his head, but had to agree. He nodded, then silently turned back down the tunnel and continued to travel down the tunnel after the vampire.
