Veimi smiled as the 'team' assembled outside Combast. "The nearest forest lies in that direction. I understand an Ibric is in your group, so once you're there, he should show you. Now, in case things get too rough outside Combast, let me lend you one of my personal trackers: Visay." He motioned to ahead of them, a woman who appeared to be scanning the horizon. She sauntered up to the group, and all the males immediatly noticed her amazing beauty and awesome...stature. "She has never been lost, and has faced creatures that make the strongest warrior blush. With her, your arrival is garunteed. Now, have fun you kids, and tell the Ibric leader I said hi." Veimi closed, then retracted into the town, accompanied by his two masked helpers.

"Well, hello, I'm Visay. I think we should be going, the nearest 'town' is a days walk, and we'd best get to it before night fall." The woman said, she turned around, and began to march forward.

Junochi walked ahead of the group. He knew where he was going and didn't need a guide to help him. He was debating in his mind about whether to wait for them or not when he got there, but he set it aside for now. He quickened his pace alittle after a while, mainly because he didn't feeling like talking to anyone.

Nice...stature. Ripel didn't know what Veimi had meant when he said the women in front of him, Visay, had faced creatures that made most warriors blush, because frankly it would not make sense to him. Also, he hadn't been paying attention, so he didn't even know that Veimi had said it in the first place.

Basically, he had just been standing there staring for a few minutes. Eventually, after his chocobo 'warked' behind him, he realized that everybody else had started walking, and shook himself out of his daze. "Wait up!" he yelled as he scrambled to catch up with the rest of them.

Zatara held up for Ripel "Yopu know it would be easier to see the view if you were at the head of the group if you know what I mean." Zatara said to Ripel knowing that would speed him up faster than any haste spell...

Darilk walked along beside Ripel, expressionless as always. He felt no compellation to catch up with the female guide, and found no humor in Veimi's lewd introduction of her. In fact he felt nothing for the moment. It was his job to protect Ripel, and as such, that is what he would do. His dead eyes were locked on the path in front of them, and his hand rested lightly on the pommel of his sword.

Tasuh was walking near the front of the group, backwards. He would look at the female guide of a little, then look over at the Besta of the group, comparing them.

ooc- *Chuckles*

Ripel laughed weakly at the oracle's statement. "I have no clue what you're talking about," he said, obviously lying. "The chocobo refused to move."

"Wark!"

"Oh...just shut up." He didn't have to have a Besta mind link to know what the bird had said.

Zatara Looked at the half demon and thought to himself What the Hell oh wait never mind as he saw what he was doing walking. He didn't want to be a problem with anyone so he just walked along in the middle but looking back to make sure nothing was sneaking up on them. That masked man was very familiar I wonder... Zatara thought...

<Mr. Demon aint subtle...whats that sound?> Jude thought as he gazed ahead. There was a faint yell from behind, and as he looked back he realized it was a mass of white with flailing arms. He readied his bamboo stick, but then realized it was just the White Mage. "What are you doing here?" Jude said smugly.

The girl huffed, then glared up. The group had stopped somewhat to see the new activity. "I was sent here by Veimi, he realized that you guys don't have any healing, so, lucky me, I get chosen. So...where are we headed?"

(OOC: I'm goin to sleep, you can have 'random' battles if you wish, but save the new-town arrival for tommorow)

Arianna walked along silently. As a shadow passed over, her eyes glanced up to see Palidor flying slowly along with the group, happy to get a chance to stretch it's wings. Arianna knew the feeling.
Arianna smiled and stretched her arms behind her. She was happiest when she had room to move. Not necissarilly claustriphobia, but Bestas usually spent their time outside, with their pets.

Being happy with just being outside, Arianna didn't pay much attention to the new person who came up, other than just noticing her slightly hostile nature.
