The video card is actually upgradeable so if the Quadro ends up being less than totally necessary I can swap up to the 8800GTX (I mean it'll cost some paper but not like 'buy a whole new laptop' kind of paper) so that's nice to know. That orange model they have is ugly as sin but I went with the silver trim which I feel is quite attractive.

It's Vista but I'm at least not locked into goddamn 64-bit Vista and if need be I can just get an OEM copy of XP.

I was sad because Fifth's laptop is much much better than my desktop computer in every way except monitor size.

Then I remembered that I got mine for about $1631.54 less.

No I mean you could get twice as much desktop for well less than I'm paying.

BUT I CAN TAKE MINE TO STARBUCKS!!!!111

I COULD take mine to starbucks. And it was FREE.

Yeah well one day when you're a grownup you'll be able to have things that are actually worth money.

TDK 06-03-2008 12:52 PM

Hey I have a 19 inch monitor. That shit's worth somethin'. Plus I got like two hundred bucks sitting under my subwoofer and I'm owed like $40 and a new video card.

Its not a bad computer...T_T

Pffft. I found a 19" monitor yesterday at the bottom of my cereal box. They taped a nickel to the back of it to make it worth the bother of pulling it out.

Shit. Kelloggs?

It's really nice to be able to replace your video card in the laptop without buying a new one. *Envious*

I could make a horrible joke here, what with "pulling it out" and the inches thing.
