Weeeell, once again I've been thinking... A dangerous pastime...
Yes, even though I am currently heading the Call of Cthulhu RP, I have been thinking of ideas for yet more RPs. Note, this doesn't mean I want to quit Call, it just means in my spare time I think up more RPs that interest me, and I'm going to run them by everyone else now so I can know what to focus on for later. So, in the case that eventually the Call RP will either reach a conclusion, or die, I have three other ideas I was seriously considering.
1. World of Darkness - Vampires, Werewolves, Hunters, it has the whole lot. I won't reveal a ton of plot now unless people are interested, but basically, this would be another tightly run RP with dice rolls and lots of stats. The basic premise would end up a three way free-for-all between Werewolves, Vampires, and Hunters, all played by Role Players as they follow the plot...
2. Resident Evil - While looking up Call of Cthulhu info, I found a conversion pack that would let you play Resident Evil games using the D20 version of Call of Cthulhu. Another stat heavy game, but it would focus on action over puzzles and social aspects. It would be similar yet different from my current Call RP.
3. Warhammer 40K RPG/RTS - Basically, everyone takes a role in one of the 9 major armies I had planned. Want to play an Elder Wraithlord? Go for it. Space Marine Dreadnought? Alright. You can even be a commander of the army. Basically, a series of skirmishes and battles of Player vs Player, using other players as units. Once again, you guessed it, stat heavy. This one is super stat heavy.
Any comments or suggestions? I want peoples opinions on what would make a fun RP, or even a couple of fun RPs to do. Spares me the time of working on 3 RPs at once in my spare time and instead lets me focus on making one RP idea really good and that everyone will be interested in. They will all be stat heavy, and they are all a long ways off regardless, but input now will help out when I do finally do them.
