I don't remember Samurai Pizza Cats, but the other 4 are memorable to me and I can still remember the words to every single one of those themes that have words. And have the A-Team theme song as my ringtone on my phone right now. :D

The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. is always a good opener in my book.

Are You Being Served? is pretty catchy.

I still find myself mumbling the intro to The Tick.

I second Firefly, A-Team and Knight Rider and also submit Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

EDIT: Fuck it you know what, I'm gona throw Angel in here as well, because it was just as great. And that's the full un-edited version of the theme too, because I'm nice like that.

I third Firefly, and consider both Cowboy Bebop and Pokemon superb.

Two theme songs from my childhood that I still remember to this day: Duck Tales and Pinky and The Brain.

I simultaneously applaud you and fucking hate you because now I have the Duck Tales theme song in my head and I know it's not going to go away.

Dragonball, the first Naruto: Shippuden, and Smallville stick out in my head from those previously mentioned.

And also Dragonball Z, because I can't help but laugh every time the guy shouts "ZEEEEEEEE!"

I see your Duck Tales and raise you a Darkwing Duck.

Also, Samurai Jack's (as opposed to the actual show) and the one from Carnivale. Not to mention Dexter and maybe this.
