an order of dragoons doesn't seem so useless now...

Given the massive number of dragons the light warriors are encountering, letting Dragoon rebuild his order seems like the best thing for the world really.

On that note, too bad Dragoon's not in their with the party. This is totally his element.

Well if they moved back in time upon entering the temple like in the game.
The order may very well exist in this time period.

It would also explain how muffin could have missed so many dragons.
Maybe the order or muffin will show up to slaughter the dragons.

Muffin's dead, and they're still in the present. Besides, it's much for interesting to see how Fighter slaughters them.

Plot Twist:

Fighter was a dragoon at birth.

What if he taped a sword to the front?

It was a rare breed of Dragoon that used sword rather than spear. However since they fought bigger dragons and could not get close enough to use the sword, they devised a tactic: Allow themselves to be eaten and attack from the inside!

...How ever they did not take into account the many sharp sharp teeth on the way down. Needless to say Fighter is the last.

Just before they were all slaughtered, like the brave parents of Super Man sending him from Krypton, Fighters parents sent him away as well...

Straight to Vargus's Sword Camp. The rest as they say is History...

It sound more like it's Red Mage that is the last based on their tactics

There's actually a few swords for Dragoons in the FFs, like the Restorer in FFTA2. The problem is that Jump usually requires spears to be used.

TDK 07-06-2008 09:38 PM

No it doesn't. It just does double damage with a spear. Often it does either normal damage or 1.5x damage with any other weapon.

I'm mostly speaking for FF4, 5, 6 and tactics.
