I think Seth Killian said that there's no plans for a US release due to licencing issues anyway.

e: Funniliy enough on Capcom's official blog, on the whiteboard there was not too long ago a picture of Speed Racer running down Ryu and Ken.

You know, it's kinda weird to see Morrigan as something else than her Darkstalkers sprite. :p
