E3 Trailers and the like...
 

Well, E3 is here, and that means lots of trailers and game announcements, so I figured, rather than a thread for each and every one of them, we could just post all that stuff here for now...

Dead Space

I like what I see... Kinda reminds me of Doom 3, but in third person... If it plays as nice as it looks, it'll probably be the best horror/shooter in years...

Weird -I could swear I've seen that trailer before. Looks great though. Quite spooky.

Call me when they reveal Animal Crossing: City Folk, Punch Out!! Wii, Man Icarus*, Pikmin 3, EarthBound Compilation**, Kingdom Hearts 3 (Wii)**, Retro's new game or Matsuno's project.

*May or may not be the actual name.

Capcom's gonna announce Onimusha 5 for PS3, I know it!

I think that NoA is refusing to bring over Mother 3 strictly on principle. IE The principle that if they did it would show that they actually know what they are doing.

If we got a Mother Compilation I would probably go punch my neighbor in an excited fury, and then sit in jail on assault charges.

But who the fuck cares about assault charges when you have motherfucking Mother 1 2 and 3?

Sonic Unleashed

I dunno about the rest of you folks, but I'm really not liking how they're making the next Sonic sound with the whole werewolf thing and everything. Can't I have old school style Sonic with next-gen graphics? How about a side-scrolling Sonic game with super-hi-res sprites?

The werewolf thing is being promised as not some sort of "Sonic becomes X-TREEEEEEME" minigame but instead its Sonic trading running fast for Tarzan-style swinging.

Which is infinitely more promising than some sort of melee combat mini game.

That video is just the Sonic reps being like "HAHAHAH I HAVE A GREAT IDEA!" in the classic YouTube sense.

Fallout 3

Very looking forward to this. I want it real bad, looking to be one of the better games this year.


Too Human

Love the trailer, as I loved Eternal Darkness and the narration at the beginning had that sorta vibe. This game looks like it'll be awesome.

EDIT: MK Vs. DC

Yay! Blood! I consider that to be a good sign, although it could still be a big disappointment. I did like Flash's little running hit thing he does in there though.

What I'm really expectant for is how will Microsoft and Sony implement their waggle wands. It's going to be hilarious to see all the meltdowns after the announcements. ;3

I thought Sony gave up on motion controls after the Sixaxis ended up sucking.

Nope, the controllers they're working on can connect at the ends, too...

Sounds like a goddamn waste of money...
