Best and worst limit breaks
I dont know about everyone else, but limit breaks are my favorite part of Final Fantasy games. (at least the ones that have them.)
My queation: what were the best and worst limit breaks of FF? note: this involves everyone, even aeons and bosses. |
Best: Either Zell's limit break, or Cloud's Omnislash. (FF8 and FF7)
Worst: By far it's Yuffie and Red XIII's Red Moon. Yuffie's outright sucked, and Red XIII's Red Moon or whatever it was called. (The instant berserk one.) |
Which one of Yuffie's? Her blood whatever, that had her attacking a bunch of times, was second only to omnislash if you used it with her conformer.

The semi-limit breaks in FFVI, one of the few ones I saw was Celes's awesome tornado-release attack that did 8k. At the time, that was a lot of damage, and even at the end it was, but Sabin could own that number in a second.

I like Zidane's Trance (Skill-->Dyne).
I mean, simple thief skill are turned into powerful explosive spells? Why? (I understand that why is revealed by the end of the game, but it was still kind of funny.) |
worst: The dagger skill/limit break from FF11 that you get at weapon level 10. It sucks hard, does the same damage as a normal attack, but gives the enemy a bleed that does 1 damage every tic(about 3 seconds).

My favorite is Squalls Limit Break where he points his sword in the sky and a huge beam comes flying off the earth. Then he runs at the enemy and just cuts him up 15 times.

Best: Renzokuken with Lion Heart or Omnislash
Worst(Ive used. I never got many lv4s in FFVII): Rinoa's Angel Wing. She always cast satus spells on my opponents and 9/10 they were immune to it. or mebe Vivi's Double black till u get 2x Reflect and Flare. |
