Goku or Vegeta vs. Anything
 

Due to a recent thread and a recent post made by Martyr, I began to wonder if there is anything in any show/movie/animation that can even pose a threat to these two characters (Goku and Vegeta) outside of the DBZ/GT universe.

At first, I thought some god creatures from other shows might stand a chance, but usually even the god creatures get beat around by the other gods who at most can destroy a planet or two, while Goku/Vegeta could blow up a solar system easily.

I would say that, no, nothing could beat them. Even the god creatures in DBZ don't stand a chance against them.

While watching Yu-Yu Hakusho(sp?) the other week, I wondered what would happen if there was an all Saiyan team in the dark tournament. There were five(Gohan, Goku, Goten, Trunks, Vegeta). Just the right number. Then I realized that the stadium would be obliterated and smiled.

I can think of three beings.

Crayak from Animorphs, and The Ellimist, same book. Together, they destroyed an entire galaxy trying to kill each other, and neither succeeded. They both stalemated, after wiping out a galaxy. That is really powerful in my book.

There is something else, but I can't remember his name. It's Nightbringer from the Warhammer 40K universe. I think he, and a bunch of other gods destroyed the entire universe once in their epic battles, and it took that battle to defeat him and lock him away. But they may have just destroyed a galaxy. Either way, he too was really friggin powerful.

EDIT: Nope, looked it up. They wiped out a quarter of the galaxy in their battle. That is still pretty strong, considering it says he would have destroyed the galaxy if that is waht it took to dominate it.

I think Goku or Vegeta can easily destroy a galaxy.

Some simple math.

Super Saiyan increase power level by 100 per level. Vegeta had 18,000 when he could destroy a planet. Now times that by 100, he has 18,000,000. That is 100 planets. Now multiple the original by 200. 36,000,000. That is 200 planets. Then 300, 54,000,000. 300 planets. Now I think SSJ4 is a large skip and goes to 1000, so 180,000,000. 1000 planets. Of course, that is using Vegeta at his weakest.

(Evidence of 1000 for SSJ4. SS monkey Vegeta, 10x for monkey, 100x for SS, meanign 1000x total. SSJ4 Goku was greater then or equal to SS monkey Vegeta, so it is a good guess on thinking it at least goes to 1000x)

And Goku is stronger.

The falw in that idea IHMN, is the scientists estimate there to be over 1 Billion planets in an average galaxy. Destroying 1000 is childs play in the grand scheme of things.

It's a billion? I thought it was a million.

But I think he can reach 1 billion. I was using Vegeta at his very weakest. By GBGT, Vegeta can take on SS2 Gohan and SS1 Goten easily, so I would assume he is at around 50,000,000 (Non SS). (Don't feel like doing more math, so I'm guessing)

And I never watched all of DBZ, so I don't know how strong they got by the end. I was just throwing out two ideas, since I had a rough idea of how strong they were by the end of the Cell Saga. (I can actually find some quotes on that to.)

What's Lina Inverse of Slayers able to do by this point? I know she's gotten pretty ridiculously powerful... but I don't have any real numbers.

Other than that... I'm drawing a blank...

Also: In the Browlie movie thingie... they managed to blow up a planet other than the one they were fighting on... on accident. Deflected a shot and a planet blew up.

I maintain that hulk is strongest one there is.
