Gambler - Whoops.

Samurai - You're forgetting that the Samurai (Final Fantasy) also have use of the spirits that lie within their swords. Also, their style would be somewhat different from a Bladesinger's, I would think. Finally, Samurai (the real ones) made excellent archers and riders.

Be a martial artist, Celes. We don't have one of those, and it'd be nice to see a girl that actually fights hand to hand in an RP...

I have a predicition for our first battle...

*krylo's guy cast some random spell which kills some people*
*Dante wants to top that, so he has his mage cast a better spell*
*krylo's guy "accidently" cast an even better spell*
*Dante sets half the world on fire*
*krylo sends the planet into the realm of fire*
*etc, etc*

And due to their DND/Mud nature/knowledge, they have the mind set of magic = gods.

I'm thinking of either being a Dragon Knight (if I'm allowed) or maybe some kind of psychic/energy mage or sword-person. You know, how someone would just hold out their hand and knock somebody away with just pure energy. Or something like that. Or be able to use wind pressure with my sword.

Finally...that swordy magical person sorta sounds like Agrias from FFT, a Holy Knight. But then again...how would that work in here? Can people channel spells through weapons in here?

You could use that punch thingie that the monks in FFT use to do the wind pressure thingie you were talking about.
