Not really. Most of those weapons are very light, save the Claymore. Just drop the claymore and the pole containing the kodachis (Because he carries it), then he only has four weapons on him (Two of which are strapped to him so they won't get in the way).

And the weapons are just in case he needs a different type of weapon.

He should have a magic sword that can shift between different kinds of sword. He's a bladesinger, not a legendary dreadnought.

Its possible...If he droped all the weapons beore he fought save the ones he was going to use, or since he is rich he can have some sort of servant tag along and carry them for him

But I like the idea of stabbing some one then keeping the sword in them while my cuts get healed.
