ooc: Can I get an antropology check on Thu Thu, I wouldn't know it connects to the Mythos, but I might now what it means in terms of what to expect from a Cult of Thu Thu, such as ritual practices, and things of that nature.

"Oh yeah," Paul said as he ran back to his room to get Mr. Corbitt's diaries. He came back with all three and laid them on a table. "These could help with some things if we need to understand what was going on," he said.

Joseph stood there quietly as always. He knew there was very little he could do to affect this, unless he were to make use of his own particular skills.

Quietly he sneaked away from the others. He would go to the house and see what he could find, rituals be damned, he was confident in his ability to not be seen.

Father Ted tries to remember something, but without the book, he can't be one hundred percent sure. He seems to remember something about this cult in a book he read. They had many ceremonies and sacrifices to this Thu Thu they worshipped, and from what researchers saw, had some strange, unexplainable powers. Fish were quickly and easily trapped each day, and the fish literally swam up to the tribe peoples boats. Also the tribesman said they saw their great Diety in their dreams where he gave them knowledge of many things. You didn't remember too much however, passing off the article as some researchers who must have partaken too many local drugs, probably this unusual drink you also remember them drinking that they described in detail as being the best thing they ever drunk. ((I'll assume you told everyone this as you remembered it...))

Frankie picks up the books and leafs through them, looking for anything interesting, deciding to only read things that would be of help indepth, so that he would be available to help if he were needed elsewhere.

OOC: This isn't FF, you don't learn spells in an instant. It takes at least 1 week to learn any spell...

It takes an hour, but in the journels, book three, you come across one of his experiments. His handwriting is a hideous scrawl by now, but it begins to go into detail how he summoned a "beast from beyond our world", and after he did that, what he did to control it.
