"...fine." He muttered, dropping the energy, and then crossing the plank. Landing nimbly on the deck of the other ship. He spared a final glance at the now mounted armoured warrior, before moving further onto the apparently friendly ship.

Donnel's bloodlust was up; he couldn't just up and run away now. Besides, he was doing good work; all of his teammates had gotten evacuated, thanks to his distraction. Or what he though of as his distraction.
He eyed Tenner. "This will be quite a fight won't it?" Spinning his javelin wildly, he hurled it with all his fight... At one of the knights fighting below them. He laughed loudly. "You've caught me at a bad time though. Poorly equipped. Don't worry I'll kill you some other time." With that, he sped away quickly, his chuckles echoing back to the Dragoon Lord. |
Tenner didn't even bother to swat the wyvern rider out of the air. It would have been a waste of time and strength. Not to mention it would have been too easy. Watching all the others run off, he merely laughed and looked down at his crew. "Let them all go. I don't care about them. We'll report this to the Grand Marshal and hunt them later." He said, leaping off the dragon and landing on the deck. "Get a repair crew and clean this shit up. If he sees one of his prized vessels damaged, then it'll be my head. Now go!" He shouted, causing all men to scatter and find the wood reserves for repairs.
On the Ship Back on the Red Yonder, one of the crew handed Jeremy off to a priest. Mend Stave Used! Health Restored! As for Eleanor, she looked at the others and thought to smack each and every one of them. "Next time I tell you all to flee, do as I say!" She shouted in anger, putting her weapons away. "We're heading to Crimean port to sell and restock. I know a few friends who can help us. Feel free to wander the ship for now while I discuss something with my crew." She said before walking back inside. Another man walked out of a door on the other side of the deck. He was clad in a white robe and have a long stave across his back. It was similar to the other one the other priest had, it had a blue orb at the end and then another had a green orb on it. He stepped around quietly and watched the others. Grabbing the green one, he raised it up and Rachel would feel her wound starting to close. Physic used! Rachel healed! Though he didn't say anything. On the captain's orders, he stayed his distance from them. |
Jeremy woke up to a groggy haze. It looked like everyone else was okay, which meant that his ploy at least had not been destructive to getting the party to safety. He was hoping that it was because his stunt had bought them time to get to safety, and he was brought with them, but... First thing's first:
"Hey... thanks for the timely arrival, eh?" he said to nobody in particular. "I don't suppose somebody's got somethin' to drink onboard? I sure feel hung-over, woo." |
"You're very welcome!" Jeremy heard the cheerful voice from behind him. Donnel landed smoothly behind him, chuckling as he vaulted off the saddle. "You don't need to worry by the way," He added off-handedly. "I'm not one of those to demand an oath of servitude as compensation. Just simple appreciation of my aeronautical talents." He gave Lasheth a pat on the head.
"Hey... Pal." Donnel said after a moment, eying Jeremy. "What do you say we go speak to our lovely savior? Who knows, she might feel like telling us about the ugly guy in the expensive armor. She might even want to thank me for my daring rescue of our friends." He twirled his lance, smiling. |
