So it would appear that the MPAA is doing everything it can to keep anyone from seeing Kevin Smith 's new movie. After their attempt to give it an NC-17 was shot down, they proceeded to man the movie's poster in a completely hypocritical way. Kevin Smith continues to be layed back about this, and recently unveiled the new official poster:

So, I don't know about you guys, but this is my most anticipated movie of the fall. Anyone else psyched?

This reminds me of the ads Penny Arcade did for their game...obviously they're not the only example of this but it's the first one to come to mind.

I'll probably see it because a) Seth Rogen's funny, b) Kevin Smith's funny, and c) The poster's funny.

Also, it's good enough to win over even non-fans of Kevin Smith, so it should be a fun time.

Sweet, I love Kevin Smith movies.

Also, Lumenskir, those guys didn't like Dogma? Dogma is great! I hate those people now!

Eh, didn't like Dogma so much. But I love Kevin.

I thought Dogma was hysterical, and brought up a few good points.

That being said, anything that blatantly advertises "PORN," I'm all for.

The funny thing is, as sort of a bit of revenge, Kevin Smith got Brandon Routh to play the role of the gay porn star in the movie.

Unsure on your point. You know that Smith did like Superman Returns, right?

Yes, but(and he stated this himself) it was a bit of revenge for him because he had always wanted to be the one to write a Superman movie, did so and was rejected by the studio.
