The first piece of evidence could be chalked up to his very shady hat disguising him.

The second piece of evidence only proves that he's not female, either!

Well our best thread of evidence for him being a guy would be BM's own claim about his "size" underneath the robe, but if he were lying about that (how could he ever lie), then we have a problem. No one has seen BM without his rob & hat... well... except for that onion kid. I think he's the only one that's seen BM minus the hat.
