I had a screwed up dream about the appocalypse last night, that will teach me to get late night Mcdonalds. So I decided to mak an RP out of my dream.

The Story: The world, as you know it is about to end. The date is 21th of December 2012 1 A.M. Eastern standard time (Midnight Central.) The sun has just belched forth a massive solar flare directly at the earth. The massive amount of light, and cosmic radiation strikes the earth exactly at the stroke of midnight. The Full moon flares bright as the sun as it's surface is flash fried. Night turns into an odd day time. The Side of the earth in daylight has been destroyed. An Aurora envelops the new daylight sky. And a cloud of powerful super storms created by the flash boiling water, and melting ice caps rushes out to envelop the world in shadow. You may be one of the unlucky few left to survive and attempt to scratch out a living on the dieing world.


As a note I'm going to say we are all residents of Homeland, North Carolina. Home of Eastern Southern University. You don't have to come from there but it would put us in the same place.

Appearance: A tall man with a stubbly beard. He has brown hair with blonde highlights. His eyes are blueish grey. He wears worn jeans, t-shirts and flannel shirts. He has many scars on his legs and arms.
Skills: Tae kwan do, drawing, painting, animation, wood work, metal work, stone work, football, story telling, and physics.
Possesions prior to the appocalyse: Aluminum baseball bat, Some clothes, A laptop with a dvd player, a Mazda protege from the mid nineties, (Still in excellent condition) A first floor apartment built into a hill, basic tool kit, duct tape, a wood carving tool, some books (including a Boy Scout Handbook), a full size fridge, a stove, a mop, a broom, a couch, a chair, an electric fan, a bed.

Bio: Scott is an art major at Eastern Southern. He went there mainly cause he loves sports, and they had a good computer school. He then quickly decided computer science held no interest for him so he changed majors to the college of fine art. Although his work is mostly modern, it is usually very well recieved. Scott's father died when he was very young. This is one of his motivations, he wants to make his father proud.
Possesions post appocalypse: Baseball bat, Clothes, toolkit, wood carving tool, a stove, a broom, a couch, a bed.

... Don't eat McDonalds ever if you want to stop wierd dreams like that, there's some bad mojo in that food in my opinion...

However, the idea is interesting. Would we have some objective othhr then survive, because if not, it might get somewhat old pretty fast...

Appearence: About 185centimeters high and weights about 90kilos. Has long (reaches past his ears) black hair and brown eyes.When on free time he wears and old army jacket and a pair of jeans. Doesen't usually wear a hat, but when he does it's a barret.
Skills: What they teach in the army. Kendo, Jujitsu, Jodo and Iaido. Is good at history and the like. Likes to write and is good at it.
Possesions prior to accopalypse: Was at his base during the incident so had his usual army possesions. Also had a old Volvo. Kept his own knife with him and his Guides and Scouts guide book he also had a compass. Had no own appartment.

Bio: After high school Joel went to the army and made a career there as a special forces Sergeant.

Well first you must survive, which can be hard enough, then comes rebuilding.
