Some questions.

1) Are only us PCs alive, or are there NPCs alive as well (I would assume we would need many NPCs)?

2) Are all of the buildings destroyed, or are some still standing/partially destroyed?

Winchester Model 70 Classic, Stainless (18th Birthday gift); a stack of Maxim magazines dating back to 1995; Bible; a USMC engraved zippo; a few boxes of bullets; a quarter-filled journal; an engraved silver ring from a girl...
Spirit:A Jimmy Page Double neck Gibson SG with an amp. A Designer Book Bag. A ring. A solar lunar watch (can run on both sun and moon...) A hand made sword cane he made himself. (its titanium and doesn't show up on metal detectors) His Glassess are transition lenses.
Bird: A pocket knife, clothes, a few cans of food. / clothes
Stover: small knife, set of screwdrivers, pliers, clothing.
Celes: many MANY books and other art tools.
IHMN: refrigerator, stove, many books (Some novels, doctor books, bio books, cook book), good sized TV, DVD player, a PS2, clothes, lamps, first aid kits and such.

Edit: There are some buildings more or less intact and I will cover those in greater detail. Also if your curious as to how I decided what got kept and what got lost. I flipped a coin.

Just curious, were things like apartments also coin flipped?

yep thus the fact my living room and bathroom are gone now.

We sure are unlucky, no one kept their house/apartment/living quaters.

Edit - We can still use the remains of our destoryed items right? Like the bed that is destroyed, let say it was cut in half, we could still use those halves right?

I'm ruling that the destroyed items are no longer viable for their original purpose. So if you want, IHMN, you can make a pillow out of your mattress, or wait and see what we can salvage.

A car, I knew I forgot an item.

Is it to late to add a car to my items and get a coin flip to see if I get the car?

Might as well not bother you got tails on the flip. Better to just say you find an Suv that's now a convertable and pretty banged up. Then I'll let you attempt to hotwire it.
