Recomend Me a Movie!

I'm bored and I need a recommendation.

Also, this seems like a good idea for a stickied thread?

But for now I need a recommendation. We enjoy;

Cartoons
Anime
Thought Provoking Movies
Superhero Movies
NOT-dumb action movies.

We DO NOT enjoy;
'R' rated films
NC-17 Rated films
Porno
Horror (with some exception - but NO ZOMBIES)

EDIT: Ugh. Ok Tiffany is screaming 'nothing scary! nothing scary!' at me, so, uh, nothing scary?

Does Shaun of the Dead count as a horror movie?

Does Hot Fuzz count as a dumb action movie?

Does Team America count as a cartoon?

Does Shoot'em Up count as a superhero movie?

Iron Man is good
FullMetal Alchemist (the series) is good.
Avatar is good.
Serenity (and for that matter Firefly) is good.

In keeping up with the avatar streak, I'm required to post here. Also, recommendations:

V for Vendetta is thought provoking, TOTALLY FUCKING AWESOME, hilarious, and actiony.

Hancock is a good superhero movie, not as action-y as others, but thought provoking to a point.

Iron Man is fucking awesome beyond belief, funny, action-y, etc...You've probably seen it.

Good anime: Big-O, FMA, Cowboy Bebop.

WHY DOES EVERYONE HAVE THE SAME AVATAR?

*ahem*

Big - O sounds good. Keep em comin'!

Breaking the Avatar trend out of hatred for those damn sprites...

Strangely enough, though I dislike all three of the posters for their Avatars, their recommendations cannot be denied.
But if you're trying to avoid something that someone who would scream "nothing scary" at you might not like, I wouldn't really recommend Shoot'em up or Serentity

Racist.

...Anyway, if you're looking for a good movie that isn't for older audiences, then I'd totally recommend Wall-E, which I think is still in theatres.

Or, if you're looking for something on video, try for Lilo and Stitch, which is one of my favourite Disney movies of all time.

Join us. You know you want too...

I also second the motion for V For Vendetta, though in my opinion, the comic is far superior.

We need to get Khael in here.

And yeah, V for Vendetta's comic is way better as always, but the movie is more family friendly, I think.

If by family friendly a thin veil at fascism and caoncentration camps where the purge the world then yeah >_>.

Another good movie/series Ghostbusters. I mean, you can't go wrong with the classics.

Who can forget the Mel Brooks movies if you want comedies.

Young Frankenstein, Spaceball, Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Blazing Saddles.
