Open Thread - Monkeyshines
 

Out with the old, in with the new.
That applies with many things: food, wives, political parties in power, and Open Threads. So here's a new one for we fine posters to abuse.

Oh, and I like the word monkeyshines, it amuses me.

I enjoy the way the word "Ragamuffin" rolls off my tongue. Plus, muffins kick ass and whoever disagrees with me must be the Antichrist.

Argh art class.

So we just got assigned our next project. We're supposed to make the biggest sculpture we can without spending more than $10. And it's due by the beginning of class friday.

I think I'm going to make a mobile.



Also, I've got drawing stuff, some Chinese history, and Japanese composition. THIS is why I don't get requests done (among other reasons. XD)

I have today off, and rather than playing the games I've been buying and not playing I'm here. What the hell? Got both Max Payne games for $2.69 each. Woot. I'm a go play as Protoman now.

Sounds like a job for papier mache.

No way, I spent the last week or so working with plaster. Paper mache is too similar. I'm sick of it. XD.



I have an idea, and I hope it works out. It's going to be a mobile with origami on it.

I already have the wire from a previous project, and I bought pretty paper and string for less than $10.


So I guess I'll get started on that, but I just want to work on my Metroid plushie I'm making for fun. D=

So here I am at work. A few girls come giggling up in the mall, and they ask me about the DDR machine in the back. We make some discussion, they seem cute, they act like they are interested in me. Oh wait.. they are 15. Sometimes robbing the cradle just seems like a such a good idea.

Ah well I'll get over it.

It took all I had to not punch my co-worker right in the face today. Instead I got it out with some extreme cycling home.

Also,
Just get a bunch of blown up balloons and tape them together. It'll be huge. And then draw smiley faces on them.

I should be cleaning the house, since my mother, who is an uber-neat-freak, is heading up here on Thursday.

So, I finished all my homework just now. All of it. On time. Now that I'm not thinking of paper-thin reasons to put it off, I don't know what to do with myself. So...
