Scary Go Round 2: ROUND HARDER

Who in the entire universe would be crazy enough, gutsy enough, have the sheer razzle-dazzle to draw a guest comic for his own comic?

Once again, John Allison shows us what to do.

Kurosen 10-10-2008 09:12 PM

No idea.

You know sprites don't count.

...And not just once, or even twice now.

Though looking back kind of makes me miss the days of Rachel and Tessa.

While Scary Go Round is completely awesome and I'm enjoying it, I wish the archive wasn't so intimidatingly huge. Because everything that's happening in the comic that I like would be a thousand times better if I knew who everyone was.

Yeah, I started reading it 4 years ago, so it was less of an issue for me, though I did blow through Bobbins (the sort-of precursor that dates back to 1998) in like 1-2 evenings.

I have a problem.

Odjn 10-15-2008 06:18 AM

Mirai are you complaining that there is too much Scary Go Round?

Because there is never too much Scary Go Round.

Ever.

Mirai Gen 10-15-2008 02:48 PM

Touche, I think.

Fifthfiend 10-15-2008 02:53 PM

I don't know that I'm enjoying the 'zine tangent but it does at least have the bits of comic mixed in so that's all right. I am kind of looking forward to what's gonna happen with the fight thing and what results from Eustace's recent display of cowardice.

katiuska 10-16-2008 11:53 PM

I wasn't sold on it, until the 'zine combined with Shelley's music reviews into something greater than either of them. It's strange, because I've never been that interested in her thoughts about JA's end-of-the-year picks... I think maybe I enjoy it more when he's tackling music he doesn't necessarily like.
