Darkwing Duck
 

After a series of links led me here I was reminded of one of my favorite after school shows. You remember, back when 3-5 cartoons were a match for saturday morning ones. This one in particular was one that sounds stupid on paper, but was well executed. Gotta love parody

Indeed, I loved the show, but if you watch it on DVD, some of the episodes are out of order.

Oh, Darkwing Duck, how I adore thee.

If only shakespear replaced romeo and juliet with darkwing duck, he'd be so much better

Batman from Disney?

I was always a bigger fan of Ducktales, but for a spinoff it was pretty good.

Oh come on now, Mirai. We both know that every night Batman goes to sleep, he dreams of being half as awesome as Darkwing Duck.

I'm sorry but Ducktales being 100x better than Darkwing Duck is a scientific fact proven by a bunch of German scientists in Siberia or something like that...

Duck Tales and Darkwing Duck are equally awesome in my book.
Scrooge McDuck and Darkwing Duck are both thousands of times cooler then Batman, though.

Darkwing Duck was never as good as Ducktales, but much in the same way that a BMW isn't as good as a Lamborgini Murcielago with a pair of hookers riding shotgun. It's hardly what you'd call the BMW's fault.

Ducktales was clearly the king of cartoons but Darkwing Duck was pretty sweet too.
