Chronicles of Capcom ownage vol XXXI: MVC2 possibily hitting PSN/XBLA
 

You heard right. MVC2 has been listed on the ESRB's site for PS2, PS3 and 360. Even more, people with access to Partnernet have seen the game listed on there, and there are screenshots of this that I'll be posting up.

Capcom, you're the greatest.

Between SFIV, TvC, and MvC2, I'll have enough Street Fighter to satisfy me this generation (fuck SFII:HD Remix). Hopefully they'll fix the balance problems (hahaha, yeah right).

Speaking as someone who is apparently physically incapable of not buying fighting games THIS IS GOOD NEWS.

I thought any more runs of this game needed Marvel's go ahead? In fact wasn't that what led the game to such rarity to begin with?

Regardless, hell yes! But, still.

Marvel President said something about the franchise a few months ago regarding DC making something with Midway. This might be it.

Interestingly enough the listing has since been entirely removed from the ESRB's site. Could this be Capcom's desperate cover-up?

Or possibly a hoax much like MVC3 now properly being reflected.

Earthbound went up on ESRB's site a while ago too, remember.

Sin and Punishment appeared in ESRB's site about eight months before it was released in the Virtual Console. Don't be so skeptic.

I'm only jaded because this is MVC2 we're talking about.

Isn't this the fighting game that has 4 characters that are objectively the best and a roster of 40-something?
