IHMN- be a Martial Artist, theif, I you could be one of those scroll mages (you know, the ones that cast magic through scrolls) It wouldn't be quite "black magic" per say, but you can exorcise demons/undead with them (depending on how week they are) increase power for a short time, and such.

Martial Artist = Fighter
Theif = Weak Fighter (How often will stealing be needed? 90% chance of never)
Other suggestion = None item version of a rune mage

I'll list some more ideas: Be a priest, a white mage, a berserker, trainer, a meat sheild..

Oh yeah, speaking of sheilds. Ecurt, your magical sheild can't expand much bigger than a person, so if you want to use it to protect somebody, you could make it as big as you, and then jump in front of the person with the sheild that you want to protect.

Let's see... um...

1. Can be set to explode after a short period of time.
2. Can be used to ward against various things, up to a point obviously.
3. Can be used to crudely animate something that is vaguely humanoid, but not alive (ie. Statues, dolls, Small trees, NOT corpses)
4. Can be used as a marker, to guide someone back to the point where the rune was left.

Those okay?

Berserker = Fighter
Meat shield = Ecurt
Priest/White mage = Possible, but boring.
Trainer = My idea of a summoner (Summons are defeated beast who go into jewels). Just the trained animal can go away every now and then.

So, so far I have a Priest/White mage...

The one thing I would be iffy about would be the crudely animated things. I'll have to think about that one.

IHMN: Dragoon (I know a fighter, but still..) Illusionist, Your little doll-master you used once before, regular peasant/servant who just got caught up in all of this...

Dragoon = The FF version is flawed. You jump very high up, your target could take two steps to the side and you will miss. Target has lots of time to do this. Actual Dragoons are meat shields.
Illusionist = Possible, I guess...
Doll Master = No. Just no.
Regular peasant = Would die early on I assume.
Servant (One of your bitches) = No.


So, possbilities are Priest/White mage (Basically the same thing), or an illusionist...

Maybe I'll just be a fighter of some sort again...

You ask for suggestions, and people give them. Then you go overboard picky and crush it.

Personally, I think you should do something different. Like a priest sworn to silence or something.

And then I would just be a priest with a quirk. I go for different class first, then give them a quirk if I want one.
