Mother 3: Thread of Love
 

So, as I am on my second playthrough I noticed something in Chapter 1...[Chapter 8 Spoilers] Reggie says, when you are on the way to the funeral, "We can forget happy things. We can probably forget sad things, too. People have the power to forget." Best. Foreshadowing. Ever.

I was thinking that was a nod to Blue Blue culture from the second one...

I thought that part was hilarious in a "that is so, so wrong" way. Even if nothing bad is happening, it's designed to give that impression. I LOL'd.

Also, I'm thinking of doing a Let's Play of this on another forum, but I'm wondering how I should treat the sad parts...

That scene was also yet another nail in the coffin of Hahaha No Mother 3 Localization For USA.

You have to go through FF for a Let's Play... But if you get sucked into any other game in the mean time, we'll have to hunt you down and FORCE you to play Mother again.

(This coming from a guy that's still working on finishing a few things for RaiRO, so don't take me too seriously. We still hunt you down after a day of no updates. ^_^ )

Quick question. Would one need to play Mother 2 (or even Mother 1 for that matter) in order to fully enjoy Mother 3?
