Cloud Vs Black Mag
who would win?
|
It matters if cloud reaches his limit break before bm charges his hadoken or if bm misses.

I present that comic and the one directly after as evidence that Black Mage would whup Cloud. |
That's only if he does a summon. And what if he has an absorb materia? Cloud would own if he had materia. But if he didn't, BM hands down.
|
But you'll notice in the next comic that he nearly kills himself with his sword...
BM wins! |
Heres how it its:
Cloud can only get Limit break if he is hit. If he did summon, it would take forever BM's Hadoken, will nuke the area even if he misses. He wins |
Not if cloud kills him first, OMNISLASH, and dont forget final attack, so he can revive himself then cast KnighTS OF THE ROunD
:fighter:- I dunno its a close one |
I think BM would win, and not just because he would hunt me down if I said otherwise. BM's got Hadoken, and according to the 8BT movies, it takes only about 10 seconds to cast. Being also from an RPG where the characters are forced to stand still, Cloud is legally prohibited from moving while it's BM's turn.
If Cloud goes first, which I doubt BM would let him anyway, he would either go for a summon, omnislash, or have the 4X attack materia on (there is one in that game right?). Summons take too long, Omnislash requires damage Cloud to be damaged first to fill his limit bar. Attacking directly is the only thing that could pose a threat. However, in a real-time fight, it would take time for Cloud to reach BM, and thus, he dies by Hadoken because he can't jump or dodge out of way. |
it can be cast instantly according to meddros' flash animations though, the 10 second thing was just SFX if you ask me
|
Or, Cloud is going to go first in turn based, so he could just cast Reflect. In real time, he can cast reflect during BMs Hadokening and while the Hadoken is coming at him.
Accoring to an avatar some one had before, Hadoken can be reflected. Of course, this depends on which Cloud we are using, the 8-Bit Theater one, or the FFVII one. 8-Bit one stands no chance. |
