Arhra, I don't mind his joining on his own potential merits, but now I have to ask why you're possibly letting him join when the last application was denied on the basis of her being too late.

EDIT: I looked back and noticed you stated at the time of the prior application, that it had started AND space was filled up. I don't object in particular to him joining, although it might be difficult to get back in the swing of things.

Arhra gave me the go-ahead to seal the flower if nobody interrupted me by the time the spell completed. Since Teal was pretty much the last person who had any chance and decided to abort, then it's done.

Of course, there'll still probably be a fight, and Akari won't be doing much of the fighting.
