100Frags : my first webcomic!
 

SPecial thanks to Drunkduck for allowing me to upload endless images of my current miniproject. 100Frags.

A comic about 2 cynical mercenaries who must evade an army that outnumbers them 100 to 1. Hillarity ensues in this serial fragfest.

That is significantly better than most first webcomics. It is actually very good.

Well thanks. I've been in the dark for sometime, not being able to publish my comics ( and for the better I might add, I've improved dramatically then). In fact I've already done almost 2500+ pages worth of manga work ever since i started in 7th grade.

SO this is really no different than me having *another* blank sketchbook to fill up on.

in teh first one, is that ment to be the banana bomb from the worms seriers?

ahh not really. BUt a comic like this demands the lethal use of a banana. The theme here is 'survival' very reminiscent of those war stories Vets tell you about. Only funnier.

hah, that last line on the first page got me laughin, "i wonder if i have to go to school today"

THAT is what is missing from so many damned comics! Cynical humor instead of wannabe slapstick and pathetically overused jokes *cough hadoken*

I believe the term you are referring to is a running gag, which if used properly, make some of the funniest jokes.
I do find that comic to be most hilarious, and im glad I dont see every panel straining to have a joke in it.

wow thanks for that, these days its kidna hard to cultivate orignility in my work. But it just kinda comes out when I feel like it. Theres raraely any preplanning whenever I make comics.
