Here they are, my picks (in no particulat order) of the top ten movies I've ever seen! Anything with Steve Buscemi is good in my book.
Well mostly everything (I'm not counting his cameos in Adam Sandler movies)

In order

1.UHF
2.Caddyshack
3.Ferocous Creatures
4.I Forgot the title but it was good.
5.Braveheart
6.Rocketeer
7.Indiana Jones
8.Ghostbusters
9.Pirates of the Caribbean
10.LotR

I prolly for some but this is all i could think of right away.

Buscemi rocks indeed.

So, I have to narrow it down to only ten, eh? *sigh* Okay, here goes... no particular order...

1. South Park: Bigger, longer and uncut
2. Memento
3. Mulholland Drive
4. Dogma
5. A Clockwork Orange
6. Fight Club
7. 12 Monkeys
8. Ghost Dog
9. Pulp Fiction
10. Fargo

Some of these are kinda representative for the directors. As a rule, anything David Lynch, Jim Jarmusch, the Coen Brothers and Quentin Tarantino have ever done, I like to the point of setting up an altar. Also, I'd like to claim that the above list still includes only ten movies if I add Trainspotting and Terminator II. *pulls out a baseball bat* Objections?

Derek: Boondock Saints is a good movie, though I don't quite agree with the message I suppose it carries. I've heard only the best of Donnie Darko... and dammit, I still haven't watched Seven. Gotta look into these two.

Sakae: Snatch = sweeeet. Monty Python too.

I've never seen Memento or Snatch. Could I get a quick idea of what they're like? *thinks he may rent them tonight* Yeah, Seven and Darko both have unique endings.

Ziro 11-23-2003 04:01 PM

1. Pulp Fiction
2. Dr. Strangelove
3. Shawshank Redemption
4. The godfather
5. Clerks
7. Airplane!
8. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
9. Memento
10. Young Frankenstein

Although I'm considering putting "The Big Lebowski" at number 5 and bumbing everything below it down a notch.

4. Montey Python and the Holy Grail

1. The Matrix

Memento
Very good movie. It unfolds backwards, which makes for quite a mindfuck. Watch it in a single sitting, and when you're alert enough to follow the plot. (It can get confusing at parts.)

Snatch
Another great movie. It's a few different stories, starting apart, and then coming together to present a very cool plot with some awesome twists at the end. The dialogue's hilarious, although everyone has a fairly heavy accent so it might be difficult to make out what they're saying.
