Also, just throwing this out there, but there are lots of other multiplayer games on Steam besides TF2 and Left 4 Dead. I know that not everybody can afford to get new games all the time, and some of us might still be running some less than stellar computers. So if anyone wanted to play something cheaper or older, that'd be good to suggest too.

I'd actually be in on this, provided it's at the right time. I've been playing more recently, so it wouldn't be that bad of an idea, either. Of course, I might bring a friend in on this because he loves TF2 waaaay more than I do, but I don't think that'd be a problem at this point.

Also, Left 4 Dead would be awesome to me. I'd actually like to play it with more than just one other person, for once.

My skill level alternates between pathetic and nearly-invincible, but TF2 is fun either way, so I'm in...as long as it's not next weekend. (Finals sappin' mah Saturday!)

Count me in for some TF2. Ness I've actually been meaning to throw you an invite or something it just doesn't seem like we're ever on at the same time.

Alphanums sent me an invite for some Left 4 Dead the other day but I don't have that game (tryin' not to buy new stuff until I get through at least some of what I've previously bought) and I've played a couple TF2 matches with him so I know he's probably down.

For TF2 my preferences are anything out of like, Sniper/Pyro/Medic/Heavy. Occasionally Scout if only because he's like the official CTF Superhero. Engie bores me, I never seem to get my Sentry set up anywhere it'll do real damage. And Soldier/Demo I seem to mostly just do a whooooole lot of ineffectual missing. (also kinda true with Sniper but I find the style of play to be much more enjoyable).

to be fair i always wanted to play any FPS with the people from here but i would not be able to resist the urge to sing "Never gonna give you up" during gameplay

I haven't been playing very much TF2 myself, due to school and work, and whenever I do get on Steam its to play Zombie Panic Source at 5 am.:shifty:

Also, the engineer is my favorite class to play because he is both the single most tactical and and somehow least tactical class at the same time. Plus I am a mean mofo with a wrench and shotgun when I get some practice in.

Why don't we settle on Friday (Tonight) and Saturday as the game days?

Lets compile a list of the games we have so we can find some common games to share.

On my steam account I have... TF2, HL2: Deathmatch, Counter Strike (NOT Source), Day of Defeat (NOT Source), Earth Special Forces (HL1 Mod, also... ITS OVER 9000!), Natural Selection (HL1 Mod), and Zombie Panic! Source (HL2 Mod).

I have the Orange Box on my PC, but I haven't really played anything but 75% of HL2 and Portal. I'd be down for some TF2, but I have to warn you, I suck. Pretty hard. I need a lot of practice.

I also have Left 4 Dead, but I can't play it with you weirdos, buying stuff left and right.

Yeah, you have to be creative and sneaky to be a good Engie.
