If it's something else though, then I got nothing on that. |
RT you can get the next three or so.
Cecil Harvey 【Concept】 Style Change - Style Maker He has both Dark Knight and Paladin forms, and they each have differing attack methods. As a Dark Knight he can only use HP attacks on the ground, and as a Paladin he can only use HP attacks in the air. This makes him unique amongst the warriors of Cosmos. As indicated, Dark Knight form is designed for ground combat, trading off speed for strength, with powerful knockback attacks. Paladin form is designed for aerial combat, easily dodging attacks with quick movements, and can manage more attacks than the Dark Knight form in the same amount of time. 【Position and Personality】 Dark Knight and Paladin - Cecil is a knight who harmonizes these two contrary job classes. Graced with a kind heart determined to do good, he is a young man adored by many, but his past and his personal relationships are complicated, something that causes him worry at times. In particular of those is his relationship with Golbez. Their entanglement as brothers will be more thoroughly investigated in this game than in the original. 【EX Info】 EX-Mode: Changes weapons. Dark Knight receives a broad sword, and Paladin equips a red sword. Both of these come from Amano's illustrations. EX-Mode Bonus: No name given. Attack power is raised to 150%. And you can change jobs at will using R + Square. EX-Burst: "Double Phase" He repeatedly switches back and forth between Dark Knight and Paladin, showering his opponent with attacks. Directional buttons appear on the left with O, X, Triangle, and Square on the right, and the three shown must be pressed simultaneously in sequence. If you make a mistake, you can try as many times as possible within the time limit, and if all of the commands are input by the end of the time limit he will become a Paladin for the final blow. If time runs out, he will instead use the Dark Knight attack "Darkness." Golbez 【Concept】 "Double Action/Psychic Fighter" His idiosyncrasies gave the staff a lot of headaches as they tried to refine "Double Trouble-chan."* While using with short range physical attacks he also launches long range magical attacks, so all of his techniques can be used at multiple ranges. Though many of the attacks have a narrow area of effect, there is something fascinating about having a flexible range while fighting. His short range attacks also have a knockback effect, allowing his vulnerable opponent to then be hit with his long distance magic directly afterward. Especially in tight spaces can you see the strength of his explosive powers. Though one would think that armor would weigh him down, he is surprisingly nimble. In order to replicate some of the mechanics of the original game, his techniques take into account his spatial relationship with his opponent, and he does have warp abilities. *Yah, that's pretty much what they called him... I just find calling a guy who is well-over six feet tall and armored "anything-chan" to be hilarious. Then again, as you can see by my icon, I also love calling him Ted. 【Position and Personality】 In truth he is Cecil's older brother, but in comparison to his younger brother who walks the path of light, Golbez seems to have regrettably rejected that life. He seems to know the secret of the Crystals, and while he remains a member of the troops of Chaos, he still gives advice to his brother on the other side. Within the story, it is clear that he predisposed to secret maneuvering. 【EX Info】 EX-Mode: He summons his Shadow Dragon to him. It appears as though his armor and his dragon become one in the same. EX-Mode Bonus: No information given. It seems like he gains a special R+Square action. EX-Burst: "Twin Moons." The Shadow Dragon freezes the opponent in place with "Ice Bind" as Golbez readies "W Meteo" for them to cast in tandem. Directional buttons appear on the left with O, X, Triangle, and Square on the right, and the three shown must be pressed simultaneously in sequence. Furthermore, if they are not pressed correctly, instead of "W Meteo," the opponent will instead be crushed by a single, weaker rock. thanks http://community.livejournal.com/ffc...96.html#cutid1 |

EDIT: lol at Zidane knocking Garland down. Dear God Square knows how to make an exciting trailer. When everybody glowed into their logos' colours? Badarse. |
Wait wait wait. It's Gabranth? Not Basch using his armor?
|
Well, from what I could figure out from the trailer (I know zilch of Japanese), it seemed to me like he was going to fight against Shantotto. There's no reason (FFXII ending spoilers) Basch would be an agent of Chaos, while I can see Noah working for TEAM EVIL.
It could be him, but we won't know for sure unless he takes off the helmet. It would be kinda stupid making him Basch, since he has a completely different moveset from Gabranth. EDIT: Actually, scratch that, it is Judgemaster Gabranth. The voice actor is most definitely Akio Otsuka ( Noah), not Rikiya Koyama ( Basch). |

The effect of adding FF1's intro theme to that was awesome.
