Kal's expression wasn't much of awe. It was more contempt. "Yes. I can tell, you're collecting huge ammounts of profit. Amazing, I can see the workings of greatness in you. Oh, what hath I done to please a diety so much that this pinnacle of thieving talent has been placed within my meaningless prescence!?"

And when Chaos brought up Darilk, Kal glanced at him and said, "Yah. He's an ass."

"And getting me angry is a bad thing," Dart added. He knew he was going to show them what happened if he were going to stay with the group longer.

Darilk emotionlessly turned his dead gaze over to girl at Iris's question. "She should be punished for her dishonorable acts." A gauntleted hand came down on Lidia's shoulder, in order to be sure the little one didn't run off.

He then turned his gaze to Chaos. "And if I killed anyone who crossed me you and the coward would be dead right now. I only wish to see crimes punished duly."

Kal looked at the gauntlet, and decided that Darilk should lighten up.

He tapped the gauntlet, and it turned into fluffy pink cotton.

He smiled, then said "Give it a moment and it'll turn back."

Vace, who had been silently following along, saw this, and stepped away from Kal. After he walked around to the opposite side of the room from him, he said, "Well, she should be punished, but it did all turn out all right in the end. I just want to get this over with and get my share of the reward, so I'll just go along with this guy's," He pointed at Chaos, "Idea and say that keep her working with the group until she pays off her deed."

Lidia smiled, "I would be happy to be your pack mule, as you call it." She said, glancing at the bag containing the reward money. "Now, why don't we all go discuss this over a drink at the pub! I'll buy!"

Kal glanced at her and followed her eyes. "Lid, can I call you that? This is a REALLY bad time to think about stealing again."

Darilk tightened his grip on the girl, now that his gauntlet wasn't cold hard steel, and would be easier to wriggle free from, and then turned to the alchemist. "Touch my armor again and I will take your head." There was no anger in his voice, no threat. It was a simple statement, as one might explain that if you go out in the rain you'll get wet.

The dark knight's attention then turned back to the girl. "First, swear that you'll not steal from us."

"Since I don't really care about money, I'll go if there happens to be something cold there," Dart said. His hands were stinging badly and he wasn't in the mood for standing around while he felt like chopping his hands off to end the pain.

Lidia looked up at Darilk with eyes like pools of water, "I promise!" She said, then turned to the others, "Come on, I meant I would pay with MY money, not your reward money, now, lets go get a drink, and cool down all of out tempers," She glanced at the man who obviously had hurt hands, "And I'll even get you some bandages once we get there!"
