From behind, Chaos sighed and muttered.

"That's exactly when things start going wrong..."

He reached into his pockets again, making sure his stuff was still inside. He didn't trust Lidia not to have lightened his financial load while he was escorting her outside.

Darilk's gauntlet turned back to the normal steel.

"Sheesh, some people are amazingly uptight and angsty." He stretched, and yawned.


"Okay, I believe I have a solution. Lidia? Stay five feet away from Darilk at all times. Darilk? Stay an extra five feet away from Lidia at all times. That way, no one dies, and there's a lighter chance of Darilk killing someone because his so called honour is offended. And...when we find Meth, we stick him in the middle."

Jerick was lost. it had been several months bare minimum the last time he was in any town, and he had gotten lost that time, as well. "Dammit, I really don't like being around these people." he sighed, and, luckily for him, he had remembered how to get to the bar. With still no zenny in his pocket, he returned to the bar.

As he entered, he saw that it was suprisingly more empty than during the day. Strange.. Then he saw the one from before. the one that hid from monsters and yelled to himself constantly. "What are you doing here?" He said and sat down next to Sangsue.

Darilk lifted his hand from the girl. "So long as you keep your promise I have no ill will toward you, but if you go back on your promise the others will not stop me from correcting any dishonour you bring upon yourself."

His dead gaze then fell upon the inn. "We need to make accomodations."

"Okay, that is more than slightly scary."

He was twirling his walking stick absentmindedly, occasionally stopping, and chalking on a bit more of some really odd pattern onto it.

"Alright alright. We'll get your accomodations, THEN drinks?" Lidia said hopefully, starting to lead the way back to the inn.

"I don't trust this theif..." Iris said under her breath.

(OOC: we need to somehow get to the pub so we can recruit those people into the party.)

Looking up from his picture book, Chaos wtretched his neck and yawned.

"Oh, yeah, Iris, can we go get a drink? I'm dead thirsty..."

OOC: My laptop's battery is about to quit. Assume that when you guys walk in, Vult says something like "Hey guys. Anything interesting happen?"

OOC: Got it.

Iris glanced at Chaos, "We do need to go make accomodations first... maybe there will be a pub inside the inn, like there is in Fayon." She said hopefully. She just wanted to go to sleep. If the others wanted to stay up drinking, then they could, but Iris needed her rest before they set off for Fayon.

"You're a hard man to find...." The bounty hunter said to the gothic looking man sitting on a tree stump, "You thought you could hide from me, Skurai, the Cursed Prosecutor?" The bounty hunter grinned, "I have come to give you eternal peace!"

The pale man looked up, speaking finally, "Is that so? Did you hear that, Talatsu?" He said, looking down at his wicked sword, "Another fool has presented himself to die on your blade."

"Let's show this hunter why I am known as the Cursed Prosecutor..."
