I pray that this is not a passing joke and that Fighter will actually snap and become as sane as Sarda, but after "Yep, he's dead" passed by, I'm no longer comfortable hoping that any apparent plot point will last more than a couple of strips.

Okay, beyond the "funny haha" portion of Fighter going crazy, there was an underlying level of creepy in there, as if a delicate flower might be wilted.

Well Fighter CAN kill anything that breathes sooo....

No one else stands a chance. Especially when they sleep.

BM would be a breeze. Thief might be quick, but wouldn't last long even with his Ninja/Stealing powers.

RM has healing spells, and Ice magic, and sword skill, but Fighter is still mowing him down.

The Dark warriors are wasted as well. The only one who could give him trouble is Drizzle, with his swords back and all.

White Mage could Holy Fire him, then smash his armor with her hammer thin a sneak attack though. Maybe.

That or his other 3 Fighter Doppelgangers attack him at he same time.

I only just noticed this, but how is Fighter holding his swords? I always just assumed it was a normal forward grip, but looking closer, it looks like one of his swords is in a backhand grip. Maybe both. Just seems like an unusual grip to use with a sword.

Fighters are my favorite characters ever.

Edit: I wonder how one can have their back turned to themselves? Unless one was facing a mirror.

In the horribly dark future his cohort's were painting, Fighter was a beacon of hope for humanity. He devotedly watched their backs while they stabbed one another's. For it to end like that - for the final twist of the blade to be his - and for him to do so still thinking himself protecting them...

...there'd certainly be a delightfully morbid irony to it.

At the same time, it's upsetting to think of that sort of thing happening. I don't know what to hope for.
