Seems like a big hodgepodge of all the characters they didn't want to put into X-Men, IE, Gambit.

I'll see it, though (What I believe is) bone claws definitely starts to lean me towards 'ew.'

I think the movie looks pretty good really and Gambit's in it, which is all I really need to know.

Well I am not looking forward to more butchering of the X-men universe. It looks like they took a lot from the original Wolverine Origins mini-series. I also like how they finally realize that Gambit would be a cool character so they decided to throw him into this movie.

I think the question on everyone's mind is what will this person do in the film?

Honestly I find this more appealing than another movie where they spend the entire time fucking over the entire rest of the X-team so that Wolvsie can look awesome.

They're probably gonna make Deadpool a chump-ass bitch though, so fuck it.

That is what I'm afraid of. I hope they keep in Deadpool's dark comedy and breaking the fourth wall.

But Gambit is in it so I'm happy. Yes I a m a Gambit fan.

you guys really think that they will make Deadpool anything more than the "Crazy Goofy guy"? That Gambit will be anything more than "The French Thief" ?

Seeing as they managed everysingle X-men in all the 3 X-men movies i really see no more hope for this than the hope you guys have for the Dragonball movie... "a action flick that barely scratches the source material beyong names and effects"

It's something Fifthfiend said during our Character Rehab threads about Wolverine that I thought was just hilarious.

From the looks of it, Blob, Gambit, Emma Frost and Deadpool are the remaining Mutant Team Awesome hunting Wolverine. If I had to speculate, I'd say they'll at least all get bad ass fight scenes.
