Edit: P.S. Voting is currently tied. Six and Six for north and west (Germantown and then Scrapyard and Arefu, respectively). Next update will be on Monday or Tuesday (my days off this week). If it remains tied, my own vote will be for Germantown/North. I only count my vote if it's a tie breaker, though.

I say west to Arefu, it'll work with the story better. Also having her meet that drug making ghoul would be a nice believable start for her down the evil path if we're going that way.
