The sad thing? It still looks better than Dragon Ball: Evolution.

2D Chun Li is cuter than 3D. Vega looks pretty nifty, but I've always thought Vega was pretty cool. My question is if they're ever going to make a Street Fighter movie about Ken and Ryu. Aren't they supposed to be the main characters of the game or something?

Probably going to be ostracized for this, but oh well.

Dear good gosh please no. As if there isn't enough fanwankery about those two already. They're both incredibly BORING characters. It'd just end up being a movie about one character with an obsession to be the best fighter looking for more fights and the other a cocky prick who happens to be his friend.

Don't give the bads any more bad ideas, please!

It's nice to know that Kristin Kreuk's entire career has been made on being grossly miscast in every role.

They already got everything animated Street Fighter ever. I don't think they need any more.

Not really. They may have been the flagship characters of the game when it first came out, but if you look at the stories that have grown up around the game (thanks to UDON it's probably the best story to ever be caused by a fighting game, which frankly isn't saying much but I like it) Chun Li is obviously the main character.

Having watched the trailer: Too many guns and rockets. That's taking screen time away from kicking people in the face so hard they fly through a brick wall. (Kind of like how sexploitation and terrible dialogue took up precious face-kicking time in that movie.)

Is that old white guy in the suit supposed to be M. Bison/Vega?
If so, Chun Li had better kick at least one person through a brick wall in this movie.

withint he realm of the possible, visually, they missed for less than a mile... so... victory?

I mean... it's not like they set the visual bar so high that noone can actually match to the original character like other movies...
