Just ditch Axl and make sure you can play as both Zero or X.

Having played Mother 3, I understand why they didn't bring it over here. It's a great, awesome, amazing game that would've done poorly here and gotten all sorts of parent groups upset.

I don't think that many people disliked Zero.

But yeah, fuck Axl.

I hear Axl was pretty gay. Zero's pretty awesome though. I hope they try to make X9, assuming it is made, with less PLOT. Something about trying to give a Mega Man game some form of plot seems to detract from the overall experience. I see it as one of the reasons I like X5 and X6 less than the earlier ones, amongst other reasons.
