I believe I have just solved one of the greatest problems facing the world today: Namely, the problem of me not having a robot minion to do my bidding.

Here is my weak attempt at sewing. The amazing SOCK ROBOT!!! (Originally it was going to be a Sock Knight, but now with the sweater he looks like a robot. Go figure.) Check out all his majesty!

He loves everything. And I'm fairly certain he has laser eyes of death. I designed him myself! I'm trying to decide whether to give him a face or leave it blank.

Hey thats pretty cool! I don't really have anything craft related that would be worth posting on here.

Epic win. That is all. I would totally buy the Metroid one if I had cash to spare, but alas I don't.

The cross-stitch pattern on Samus' visor is infinitely hilarious.

Also, I expect a good group shot if and when you do the entire TF2 cast in sockiness?

Someone has a few extra sock lying around the house.

I suppose this is a form a of recycling, a neat one if I do say.

Eh, sort of-- actually I bought some socks from the Dollar Store just so I'd have some sock-doll-makin' materials. SockBot and Sock Meta Knight are mostly recycled, but Samus and Squirrel are made almost entirely out of new ones.

Cuz honestly, I don't think I'd ever wear bright yellow socks.

But they'd go so well with your gold boots! :p
