Womanliest Video Game Character
You heard me. Who would you go with?
As for people I could identify with...i can't think off the top of my head, but I've always liked those tomboyish girls in games, yanno? Dagger comes to mind, as kind of a mix. As for the stupid prissy girls who spend their life on their face...Queen Brahne! Err, I mean. Damn, FFIX seems to be a theme here. Probably one of the FFX-2 girls. Rikku? |
Hm I seem to be going with characters from Tales of Destiny...
I would say, tom-boy wise: Rutee from Tales of Destiny, or Aya from Parasite Eve And prissy, girly wise: Rikku from FFX-2. She wasn't so bad in FFX, but I couldn't stand her in X-2. |
Im gona say Yuna in FFX. I dont know why.
|
Now, I'm going to choose to interpret "womanly" as somthing distinctive from simply "hottest," in a way which rules out the more girlish game characters, like Rikku, Marle, Yuna, etc.(Although I hesitate to define precisely what the distinction is).
So with that standard in mind, I suppose my list would be: Chun-Li (SFII) Farah (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Lulu (FFX) Ivy (Soul Calibur) |
I'd definitely have to go with Rosa. She's a caring, affectionate woman (white magic, yo), but strong enough to hold her own (Perseus Bow, dang). Above that, she digs guys with long, messed up hair and swords. That's the girl for me!

Flash before my eyes
Now it's time to die Burning in my brain I can feel the flame Anyway, my vote goes to Celes Chere, but only because I think she really embodies my definition of "woman" in most ways. I don't know about "womanly," however, and am only posting this to stay on topic after responding to Kirby's avatar. |
I am going to have to go with Celes also. In all of the Final Fantasy games, or any game for that matter, I think that Celes is the only character that had a fully developed personality. She had depth, which is still rare in games. True, Runic was useful for only one battle, but her stats could be tweaked to become a demi-god (damn you instant death spells). One character embodies so many story elements, sin, fall, redemption, love, love-lost, death, suicide, and courage. She isn't just the ‘womanliest’ character, she is the character.

Unfortunately, some of us have had a deprived childhood and haven't played FF6... So I'd have to vote for... PST's Fall From Grace.
|
You could always download FF6.... as long as you erase the Rom within 24 hours.
|
I'm leaving for Taiwan in slighlty under half an hour... hardly enough time for that. When I get back, maybe...
