On the Subject of Isaac Asimov

I like 'im. What about you guys?

Incidentally, there's a short story of his called The Last Question which is both his own admitted favorite writing and freely available on the interwebs. I just got done reading it, and it was easily one of the best short stories I've ever read.

That story was fucking amazing. I have no words. None.

Ah, Isaac Asimov, how I adore your stories, and how I adore your knack for predicting the future.

I found him to be a bit pretentious, and quite possibly the only person that had a decent reason for being so.

Have you ever read the Union club mysteries? It's a real take off from his SciFi stuff, but they were actually kinda fun in a grown up Encyclopedia Brown way.

No, I haven't ever heard of those... I'll have to look into it.
