Anyway, I say Sora, since I've never played Viewtiful Joe, but from knowing Sora and seeing some Viewtiful Joe (2) trailers, I can assume Sora wins.

I don't know why I should bother, since if I show how you're wrong, you'll say I'm 'reading too much into it' (which, presumably, means reading enough into it to show that you were wrong).

But what the hell...

In the show they've shown that they can go on fighting for... well, at least a couple minutes at a time, right? Well, crossing 6000 miles at light speed takes 1/30 of a second. I mean, I know the pause/action ratio is pretty high in DBZ, but less than 1/30 of a second of fighting at a time would be pretty godawfully bad.

Sora because the name 'Viewtiful Joe' annoys the hell out of me for undefined reasons.

Yeah, I worked out the end of series power levels once. I used Freezer's second form's power level (the highest one that we actually know for sure) some math from other parts of the series that actually remains somewhat the same (like how much higher one character's power level has to be than another's in order to take a giant fire ball from them without feeling it.) Anyway, after I finished, SSJ 3 Goku ended up with a 15 000 000 000 000 power level. I figured that it was enough to destroy a planet roughly 833333333* the size of Arlia.

Oh, and as another interesting point, Goku was moving somewhere around 200 miles per hour on the way back from Kaio-sama's.

VJ's powers include moving so fast that there are up to 6 of him on the screen, being able to survive barrages of bullets, and being able to slow down time to the point that he can see bullets and dodge them ala Neo, or hit them and knock them back at his enemies. Which kind of mimic's Sora's abilities with the parries against ranged weapons...

I fail to see how you got that they only fight for 1/30 of a second. For one, they wouldn't be fighting at speeds faster then light, that's dodging. But, even if they did, why would the fights only last 1/30 of a second?
