So what...one girl? Bond routinely gets two per mission...

IHateMakingNames 06-10-2004 09:34 PM

"I've head my wang suckified during many things. Talking on the phone, mowing the lawn, but never has my wang been mouthified while talking to a senator. Mr. President, I salute you for that"
(Also paraphrased, but closer to thereal thing).

Even if he does get laid at the end (I don't remember that though), Bond does while on his mission (Usually with an enemy as well), so he gets more (And higher quality).

BMHadoken 06-10-2004 09:36 PM

No, I definetly remember that he said "Something something job, something job on you, salute yada"

crotchfire 06-10-2004 09:44 PM

Alright, I concede the point. James Bond gets more verifiable tail than does Duke Nukem. But can he take two point blank hits from a shotgun and remain standing?

Krylo 06-10-2004 09:46 PM

If he has the right gadgets.

But, it really doesn't matter... Bond would never get hit by a shotgun, even at point blank range. He'd stand there and his sheer aura of cool would repel every bit of buckshot.

BMHadoken 06-11-2004 08:52 AM

Or it'd turn out to be an anatomically correct hologram...but yeah, Bond can't die, only be replaced by someone younger with less acting chops.
EDIT: Also, James Bond never had to drink from a toilet, -infinity for Nukem.

REPOST: New matchup, who would win...
Dracula vs. Wolfman vs. The Invisible Man vs. Frakenstein vs. The Mummy....IN A POKER MATCH (Texas Hold 'Em, like on TV)

Dragonsbane 06-11-2004 09:06 AM

The invisible man would win, no one could see his expression (and thus couldn't tell when he is bluffing) or know when he is reaching around to sneak a peak at their cards.

Krylo 06-11-2004 09:07 AM

Well, if we're talking the Sci Fi Channel's invisible man, he wins hands down. Used to be a thief and he's a right good gambler... he probably cheats.

Also, the invisible man could cheat pretty easily, too... not like anyone would notice him looking behind other people's cards, so long as he didn't move past an arm's length... (so he could still hold his own cards in place.)

Dragonsbane 06-11-2004 09:10 AM

exactly my point, only more eloquently stated...

just because I'm curious, here's a new fight.

Darth Vader vs. Sephiroth

MasterOfMagic 06-12-2004 04:11 AM

I'm leaning towards Darth Vader on this one. If three people with crappy weapons and no Magic(Materia) can beat him(yes, it has been done: http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/f..._vii_ienma.txt ), I doubt Darth Vader would have much of a problem.
