Favorite Super Smash Brothers Melee Character
 

Well? Who's your favorite character? I myself use Roy. His Smash moves are longer-range than most, he's fast (in running speed and execution of moves), and he's pretty powerful.

My favorite character is Marth. He's even faster than Roy, and I've used him far more effectively than any other character.

I know you can't have all the options in there, but geez, making it "Marth, Roy, Other" is extremely shortsighted.

My favorite character to use is Kirby, but I'm most skilled with Samus or Ness.

What kind of poll is this? Two characters? Um....my favorite is Marth, but there's more than 2 characters in Smash Bros and I'm sure people favor other Characters.

Marth is my favorite because I like speedy characters, and he has strength and skill to add to his speed. But he is the most unbalanced character in the game. I basically think everyone is balanced except Marth. But hey, I've been beaten before.....a few times. :p

Roy and Marth are cheap asses. Seriously. Their range is insane. Just keep doing the smash forward A and you're garenteed to win.

I myself use Samus. She's not my best, Fox is; though I would pick Samus over Fox in a heartbeat. Mewtwo is also a favorite.

Does a mod have the power to put all 25 characters up there? If so, please do.

Keep in mind that they have no ranged attacks. Maybe it's just me, but in games, it seems to be that if you can't throw or shoot something, you can totally kick the crap out of your target.

Maybe it was who you were playing against that was cheap.

No ranged attacks? You mean projectiles? That doesn't matter. There both so ridiculously fast that they can just run up their opponent and smack the crap out of them. NO one character can beat them. Their just cheap.

I even remember reading once about a guy who went to a tournament, and challenged the winner to a match. He used Marth, and beat him easily by only using the smash forward A.

Well, that guy has no style.

I myself prefer Link. His boomarang can be annoying as all hell and his third jump does great for fighting.
