-Edit- It still looks like a great game, despite not knowing much more than the characters. Can't believe some of the great projects that are being made for free.

There's actually some information here. They haven't bothered to translate it, however.

We'll explain today how we have set up the combo system for Card Sagas Wars. There are two basic ways to attack -normal attacks and specials, which vary depending on what directional button you are pressing.
However, using the extra meters that you can see in the above image enables linking another type of combos to basic attacks, which we've called Alpha Combos, Beta Combos and Dual Combos.
These three types of combos are each activated with a different button combination, and you'll have to use the Alpha and Beta meters we've mentioned before. When you activate a combo, these will reset to zero, and they'll take some time to reach 100% according to the combo execute.
For example, Link's Firebow (Down, Forward + Special Button), a Beta combo, needs the Beta meter at 100% in order to be executed. Other examples include:
Alpha Combos: Crono - Rainbow Slash, Lion -Soryuurengazan
Beta Combos: KOS-MOS - Dual F.G. Shot, Link - Firebow

Crisis Card is what we've called the ultimate attacks in CSW. They are not very complicated to perform, but you have to have some "skill" in order to connect them with the opponent and turn the tide of battle.
Basically, when you life bar is in critical status (it blinks red), the player will obtain two Crisis Cards. The character will perform a Chain Attack (a blockable but slow hit) when using a Crisis Card. If connected, your opponent won't be able to flee, as your character will unleash all of its power with its Crisis Card attack (an unblockable hit) against its opponent.
You'll lose a Crisis Card if the Chain Attack misses, and the Alpha and Beta meters will be reseated as well. You won't be able to use the other Crisis Card until these are full again.
X: Chain Attack - Zero Shot, Crisis Card Attack - Giga Attack
KOS-MOS: Chain Attack - R Dragon, Crisis Card Attack - X Buster

Apart from Specials, Combos and Crisis Cards, each character has a Unique Skill. What is this? A Unique Skill can be more than just an attack -they vary between each character. Some will modify their "moveset" (translator's note: I've really no idea of how to translate this), others will give you new attacks, others will call helpers who interact with the players, etcetera. For example, there's Ivy's Unique Skill, which lets her extend and contract her whip-sword, enabling her to change her normal attacks.
Normal sword slices are a bit faster and less powerful than when her sword is extended, since these will be slower but more powerful. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In the bottom part of the screed you can see the state of the Unique Skill, when it is unusable, etcetera. For example, Ivy's icon will change when her sword is extended or contracted, and it will be black and white when she's unable to perform the move.
We'll give you some more examples of Unique Skills, explaining in detail that of each character mentioned:
Yugo - Transformation
Bowser - Koopa Call
Etna - Prinny Toss
Samus - Morph Ball

And that's all.
