Things you hate about things you like
 

TF2 is a ton of fun but it's not so fun when what's supposed to be a measure of a spy's skill is instead a completely random chance to instant kill in melee.

Flying: there are always two babies on the plane. One of them is happy and full of joy. That's not the one I'm always seated next to.

Codeine: it has a sympathetic effect with alcohol.

USB Wireless Adapters: No drivers for 64-bit OS's.

Relationships: shit happens and makes me sad :(

TF2: I'd agree but I would go so far as to say that I hate engineers who manage to put their backs to the wall. I know anyone can do it, but it is really annoying because it makes it impossible to Spy their defensive formations, instead it practically relies on Uber Demo team, which is kind of silly.

Maybe the Spy's update will get this? I dunno, I hope so.

Also: Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines; I understand that the game was programmed first for you to play as a man, but it really bugs me that playing as a woman presents the exact same choices, specifically the fact that the Blood Dolls, Heather, VV, Jeanette, and I'm sure there's more all fall crazy in love with you as a man and a woman.

I understand they didn't want to program a ton more content and yes, I know there's guys you hit on/seduce too for story purposes, but it just reeks of "Lesbians are so cool but gay guys are gross and wrong!" The ratio of guys/girls is just absurd.

Than again they are making a game based on Vampire, so, I dunno, but that always bugged me in an otherwise perfectly fantastic game.

If you've ever read an Anne Rice Vamp novel that does sound about right...

I had thought that even in the Anne Rice books the guys were pretty open-relationship policy.

It just bugs me that the men you can seduce/flirt with consists of, offhand, the guy in the bar in Hollywood that you get to trade for Ash's clothes. Whereas the amount of women off the top of my head is at least two central characters, Heather, and all the blood dolls. And seriously if you just swap a gender on any of them, bam, problem solved.

Wakfu: waiting months for new episodes to come out in French. This is a professional effort, please try to keep a regular update schedule.

More flying: waiting for transfers. Hoorah for small laptops and free wireless.

Try talking to your team - if you sap a sentry just as a soldier/demo/heavy/pyro charges the gun, and dance/resap, there's nothing the engineer can do to save it. A pyro gives his team very little time to react if they wanna keep the gun up.

Resident Evil 5 Demo: Chainsaw bastard gets me every time. Why won't you die chainsaw man? Why?

You have to explode the barrels when he's nearby, then melee him while he's stunned. I think...


Wipeout HD; Where the fuck's my Eliminator mode goddamnit??! And while we're at it, where's all the new fucking tracks?! Poor show guys.

Warhawk; Why do people hardly play Zones anymore? Zones is awesome.
