I wanted to vote fo all of the above but I was so flattered that you took my suggestion about being dropped on his noggin as a newborn that I had to vote for it.

Fighter isn't stupid, he's actually a brilliant tactician who is manipulating everyone into a false sense of security before he unleashes his reign of unspeakable evil upon the world in general.

Sword-chucks are the key.

He's stupid because he focused all his stats on sword skills. This was mentioned once by red mage, who said his int. penalties were so low that they doubled back in upon themselves and created some rare moments of genius. So, I voted for other.

I believe his lack of smartyness has something to do with polka music, sword-chucks, and a broken toaster...

I vote all of the above. Why. There's stupid, and there's stupid. One thing couldn't cause it, his stupidity has multiple causes. One thing I thought of though, how long were Fighter and Blackmage around each other before the comic started? If it was longer than 5 minutes, then Fighter had to have been lit-1'd by BM like, 3 times. One when they met, one when Fighter said something stupid, and one when Fighter says BM is his friend. That much electricity will screw you up. Good thing BM didn't hadoken Fighter though, if the did there'd be no comic.

I put tv because he just watches it too much and its poison to the brain (yet anime isn't) TV (excluding anime) IS EVIL EVIL I TELL YOU MWAHAHAHAHA! #hits himself upside the head* Damnit stupid int. burst,
