I'll throw my hat onto the voice actor pile. I think it would be awesome to voice some anime, watch my character on tv, go to conventions and all that.

Also, my dream job is to work for Marvel comics as an inker.

I'd love to work at Wizards of the Coast, making D&D stuff. Sadly, I haven't a clue how to actually DO that.

Or, it would be cool to get a job as an actor or something like that. Or a professional con-artist.

My dreams were ruined the moment I read this.

Space Delivery Guy, even if my boss ended up being my insane great-great-grand nephew.

A reasonable part of me would like to be a professional chef. Which is kinda strange considering that up until a few months ago I had no interest in any food I wasn't immediately eating, and I myself am a very light eater.

Frankly, if I could make a living off of writing, that would be good enough for me. However, that would also take talent, so I guess that's out.

That said, assuming I had a lick of talent, I think it would be fun to be a concept artist for movies/video games/whatever. I don't know why...it just seems like it would be fun to come up with a concept, then flesh it out until you finally see it in it's full glory.

Getting a job in film-making would be awesome.

I would also get a kick out of being a paranormal investigator.

I recently had to listen to a story/interview on NPR where Ryan McDonough, spokesman for a liquor company who appeared on their commercials and spent several years simply going to parties put on by the company on weekends and getting drunk and acting wild and going generally crazy in an attempt to increase sales of the liquor (he was called ____ Man, I forget what the liquor was). He said that he was having drinking problems and is now a recovering alcoholic, and is going to start doing commercials for Panasonic shavers because being near all that booze and partying is ruining his life.

It's hard to feel bad for him. I'd take his job any day, even if it led to liver failure. Actually, it's been made clear that he technically didn't have to get drunk to increase sales, just act crazy and wild like he was drunk, which was what he was doing up until quitting. I mean, talk about the dream job and he just quits it. It's really quite unfortunate he was an alcoholic, though I guess maybe the job made him into one...

...still hard to feel sorry.

Hmm, there are outlandish ones that would rock.

If we're talking things I am actually shooting for, game development and design and/or UI design for the same or "fun" technologies such as mobile devices.

If we're talking realistic jobs that I probably won't have, professional football/soccer player, critically-acclaimed fiction author, or network CEO come to mind. I'd also actually love to somehow get paid to continue to get BS/BA degrees in various subjects after my PhD.

If I ever picked up my guitar, that might have gone somewhere (likely not much beyond just a fun hobby, but still!).
